Please reach out to us first via email to obtain the return address. As we have different distribution centers, we need to know which center your package originated from.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? We’d love to know how we can improve.

You can return your unused order within 14 days of receiving it, or send us a picture showing that the product is defective. We will confirm the image, and in most cases, we can resolve your issue without processing a refund. We promise to refund your money to your account within 14 business days after we receive your returned order or after we receive a confirmed image from our customer service.

Note: Products purchased as part of a value pack or promotional package cannot be returned, and personal items (bras, cosmetics, etc.) cannot be returned.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with product information and details of the defect within 14 days. We will provide instructions for returning the item, only if it is verifiably defective or damaged. If 14 days have passed without a complaint, we are not liable.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@karlundlina.de. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can refund your money unconditionally. Otherwise, the items must be returned to us immediately upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive largely depends on your location.

We always recommend using a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance!
